In February 2017, I joined a small group of photographers and traveled through the eastern Shan State and western Chin State of Myanmar/Burma. Our goal was to photograph the hill tribe culture and customs. Of special importance were the older women in the Chin State with their facial tattoos. Our experience was amazing.
